WellStat has a patented over-the-air calibration process which requires no additional time or attention for the building maintenance staff.  Calibrations are performed remotely by members of our operations staff.

Yes, all our devices come with a minimum 1-year warranty, yet any device leased includes a service warranty for the life of the agreement.

WellStat devices are plug-and-play. The building is responsible for providing either 12-24V DC or standard wall plug sources of power. From there, devices are mounted, connected, and powered on. WellStat requires internet access, which can be provided securely via a cellular modem (sold separately) or from a customer’s building network.

WellStat is operationally flexible and can be placed in any location which has power and internet connectivity. The most common deployment strategy revolves around placing devices in Outside Air ducts and Return Air Plenums. It provides a complete visualization of the IAQ within a building or space.

Every WellStat device includes our proprietary enterprise management software. This software lets you monitor all of your WellStat devices from one easy-to-use dashboard, and is available through desktop and/or mobile applications. Our software is user configurable to allow for custom range settings and alerting based on each client's specific needs. We also provide APIs to enable direct communication to Building Management System (BMS) software and reporting.

WellStat devices are plug-and-play and auto-configure themselves to form a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) that can connect externally through a WellStat bridge. WellStat devices are easy to install and are maintained OTA for support, service updates, and calibration.

WellStat data can be used to benchmark against all manners of industry guidelines and standards, such as those published by ASHRAE, LEED, WELL, RESET, FitWell, local municipal energy guidelines, etc.  The WellStat platform provides a range of APIs to ensure you can easily obtain data corresponding to your devices, allowing you to use this information to drive a range of views and services. WellStat also includes common open Building Management System protocols to allow this data to be incorporated into control systems.
